These Cars Aren't Quick, Though Many Get Great Gas Mileage

It’s a universal truth that no one really likes to go slow. It's boring, frustrating, and you're often the last person to arrive at the party. 

But a leisurely drive behind the wheel of a low-horsepower car has its virtues. Think better fuel economy, less likelihood of getting a speeding ticket, and more time to practice mindfulness or whatever else (hands-free activity) might be on your 2017 list of New Year's resolutions.
