The 2015 Porsche Panamera has an elegant interior that's well-built and features first-rate materials, reviewers write. The Panamera's tech features are controlled by individual buttons rather than a single knob, which most critics say can seem overwhelming at first, but is easy to acclimate to. Most test drivers say the Panamera has spacious rear seats and a large cargo area, but they mention that rearward visibility is poor.

The 2015 Panamera seats four and comes standard with partial leather upholstery, eight-way power-adjustable front seats and heated front seats. Available features include full leather upholstery, a heated steering wheel, 14- or 18-way power-adjustable front seats, ventilated front and rear seats, heated rear seats, eight-way power-adjustable rear seats and power rear-seat sunshades. Executive models have a longer wheelbase and more rear-seat legroom.

Test drivers write that the front seats are spacious and comfortable. Most say the rear seats offer ample head- and legroom in the standard-wheelbase model, and enough room to cross your legs in Executive models. However, some note that the rear seats can feel a bit confining because they're mounted low and separated by a console. Standard features in the 2015 Porsche Panamera include a moonroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, front and rear parking sensors and the Porsche Communication Management infotainment system, which includes a 7-inch touch screen, navigation, an 11-speaker audio system, USB and auxiliary audio inputs and Bluetooth. Available features include a rearview camera, a surround-view parking camera system, adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning with automatic braking, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, quad-zone automatic climate control, a cooled rear-seat storage compartment, a 14-speaker Bose surround-sound audio system, a 16-speaker Burmester surround-sound audio system, satellite radio, HD Radio and a rear-seat entertainment system with dual 7-inch screens.

While many luxury cars now use a single knob to control the majority of their tech features, the Porsche Panamera has a separate button for each feature. Test drivers agree that the wide array of buttons can seem overwhelming at first, but most think they are well-organized and fairly easy to learn.

With the rear seats upright, the Panamera’s cargo space is comparable to the trunk space in many large sedans. With the rear seats folded, cargo space is excellent for the class. Because its battery takes up cargo space, the Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid has 11.8 cubic feet behind the rear seats and 40.7 with them folded. The 2015 Panamera comes standard with a power liftgate. Some critics note that the opening for the cargo area is a bit narrow and that the cargo floor is high, so loading large items can be difficult. A few auto writers also report that there are a number of storage areas in the cabin, but they say that most of them aren't very spacious.
