Today’s minivans are no longer just utilitarian people-movers that show you have embraced adulthood. The newest models are some of the most comfortable vehicles on the road, are easy to get in and out of, and have features that rival those in luxury cars.

The top-ranking models in this article come from Chrysler, Honda, Toyota, and Kia. (In fact, of the five minivans currently on the market, only the Dodge Grand Caravan did not make the cut for this slideshow.)

At the top end of each model’s lineup is a trim level that exudes opulence, with leather seating, top-notch accents, and loads of high-tech features for the entire family. Some can seat eight, which is tough to find in all but the largest SUVs. Though all minivans except the Toyota Sienna lack the option of all-wheel drive, they usually have significantly lower prices than luxuriously trimmed SUVs that can carry seven or eight passengers and all of their stuff.

Take a look at the following slides to see how minivan buyers can blend the best of luxury and family-friendly features.
