2014 Chrysler Town & Country Overview

The 2014 Chrysler Town & Country comes standard with a V6 engine that reviewers said feels potent, but can be noisy at speed. A six-speed automatic transmission is standard, and test drivers found it shifts smoothly. The 2014 Town & Country earns an EPA-estimated 17/25 mpg city/highway, which is slightly low for the class. Critics noted that the Town & Country has a relatively comfortable ride on even pavement, but it's not as composed over rougher roads. They added that the steering’s feel is a little heavy for a minivan.

The cabin in the 2014 Chrysler Town & Country, according to reviewers, is upscale and composed of mostly quality materials. They found that the driver's seat doesn’t offer a lot of legroom, the second-row seats are comfortable but are mounted too low and the third-row seats can fit two adults comfortably. Cargo space is good for the class, and the minivan has Chrysler's Stow 'n Go system, which folds the second and third rows flat into the floor, maximizing cargo area.
