The 2019 Chevrolet Spark's interior is marked by cheap materials and lots of unwanted noise. Passenger room is good in the front but limited in the back, and cargo volume is low for the class. The Spark has a good amount of standard technology features, which are mostly easy to use.

Seating

The Chevrolet Spark seats four on standard cloth upholstery and manually adjustable front seats. Leatherette upholstery and heated front seats are optional. The Spark has two complete sets of rear-seat LATCH connections. It's easy to attach the car-seat straps even though the tether anchors are hard to find and the lower anchors are set deep in the seats.

The Spark's front seats are spacious but not that comfortable; they lack support and offer few adjustments. Rear-seat room is only adequate for children or smaller adults.

Interior Features

Standard features in the 2019 Spark include a rearview camera, manual climate control, and a 7-inch touch-screen infotainment system with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a Wi-Fi hot spot, Bluetooth, two USB ports, and a four-speaker stereo. Optional features include power locks and windows, keyless entry, cruise control, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a sunroof, proximity keyless entry, push-button start, a six-speaker stereo, satellite radio, rear parking sensors, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, and low-speed automatic emergency braking.

The Spark's infotainment features garner mostly positive reviews. The system has user-friendly menus, and the physical controls on the dash are laid out clearly, but the touch screen may be a little hard to reach and see.

Cargo

The Chevrolet Spark has 11.1 cubic feet of cargo space behind its back seat and 27.2 cubic feet with the second row folded down. Both of those values are low for the class. The back seat doesn't fold completely flat, limiting additional utility.
