BMW Deals: Buy or Lease a BMW

BMW Financing, Cash Back, and Lease Offers for July 2019

This July, just about all of BMW's cars and SUVs have lease specials and finance incentives. Monthly payments for BMW lease deals range from $299 to more than $1,800 with roughly $3,990 to $8,560 due at signing. In comparison with other luxury brands, BMW lease offers aren't very competitive. However, BMW finance rates are more appealing, with five-year interest rates on new-car loans ranging from 0.9% to 3.99%. There are no advertised BMW cash back incentives this July.

BMW Lease Deals on Cars

There are plenty of lease specials from BMW this month. These include the athletic 2019 2 Series coupe, which has a lease deal of $319 per month for three years with $3,994 due upfront. You can lease the 2019 2 Series convertible for an additional $80 per month and $80 more at signing.

If you'd prefer a four-door luxury small car, consider leasing the 2019 3 Series or 2019 4 Series. In some locations, you can lease the 2019 3 Series sedan for $329 per month for three years with $5,754 due upfront. There's also 2019 3 Series Sports Wagon and Gran Turismo lease deals for as little as $369 per month with $4,294 due upfront and the same lease term. The 2019 4 Series features three-year leases with payments of less than $400 a month with $4,325 due at signing on its coupe and Gran Coupe models.

Shoppers looking for additional interior space have a few options. The 2019 5 Series, which we named the Best Luxury Midsize Car for Families, has a three-year lease incentive that requires $439 per month and $4,864 upfront. You can also lease the 2019 6 Series Gran Turismo for as little as $619 per month for three years with $7,044 due at signing, while the 2019 6 Series Gran Coupe lease is as low as $779 per month with $7,204 due at signing with the same lease term.

This July, BMW also has lease deals for the 2019 7 Series and the new-for-2019 8 Series. There's a 2019 7 Series lease for as low as $699 per month for three years with $7,124 due upfront. The 2019 8 Series' three-year lease deal requires $1,469 per month and $7,894 at signing.

The all-electric 2019 BMW i3 has a lease of $299 per month for three years with $4,224 due at signing.

BMW SUV Lease Deals

BMW lease deals aren’t limited to cars. Lots of BMW SUVs have lease offers this month, including the 2019 X1 and 2019 X2. You can lease the highly rated X1 for $329 per month for three years with $4,254 due upfront. The X2 has a more budget-friendly lease special of $299 per month with $4,224 due at signing with the same lease term. That's one of BMW's best lease deals this month.

The 2019 X3, a luxury compact SUV, also has a lease incentive for three years with monthly payments of $349 with $4,274 due at signing. Shoppers looking for a more spacious passenger and cargo area should consider the 2019 X5 and 2019 X6. These luxury midsize SUVs have lease deals under $600 per month with less than $7,620 due upfront.

BMW Finance Offers

BMW finance offers are legion this month, with interest rates ranging from 0.9% to 3.99% for a five-year new-car loan. That's a lot better than the national average interest rate of 4.74%. As a result, you'll likely spend less money with BMW financing compared to financing through a bank or credit union.

For example, if you finance the 2019 BMW X1 (MSRP: $34,950) for five years at the national average of 4.74%, it will cost you $39,324. With BMW's financing for five years, you'll spend $35,755 over the life of the loan. That's a savings of nearly $3,570 by financing with BMW.
