Performance

The Audi TT RS features a new engine in the brand’s TFSI lineup: a 2.5-liter turbocharged five-cylinder that produces 400 horsepower. That makes the 2018 TT RS the most powerful production TT model yet. Audi says the TT RS can accelerate to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds and has a top track speed of 155 mph in the base model. The Dynamic Plus Package increases the top speed to 174 mph.

The TT RS also features a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels through the brand’s quattro all-wheel drive system. A launch control program is available, enabling the car to propel very quickly off the line from a stop.
