With Memorial Day coming, summer is officially here and carmakers are celebrating with some phenomenal Memorial Day car deals. Car companies are hoping that these deals spur Memorial Day sales, but a rebate or financing deal on a new car is a great way for you to kick off your summer as well.
Chevrolet is having a Memorial Day sale with offers like $8,500 cash back on the 2015 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LT with four-wheel drive, or 15 percent off MSRP on models like the 2015 Cruze, Malibu, Equinox, Traverse, Sonic, Volt and Impala.
Ford has specials for Memorial Day as well. As part of the company’s EcoBoost challenge, you can get no-interest financing for five years plus $750 cash back on models like the 2015 Ford C-Max, Fiesta, Focus, Fusion, Taurus, Escape and Explorer.
Toyota Memorial Day deals vary by region, but the Toyota Time sales event runs through this month, making it easy to get Toyota incentives during the holiday weekend. No-interest financing is available on many Toyota models for up to five years, so you can still get in a new car and still have money left over for a beach vacation.
Memorial Day new car rebates are a great way to fund your holiday cookout, and Hyundai is offering cash-back deals that range from $500 (which will let you serve plenty of hamburgers to family and friends) to $4,000 (which will let you break out the filet mignon and lobster). Financing rates on some Hyundai models are at zero percent for up to 75 months, though most finance offers can’t be combined with rebates.
Nissan Memorial Day deals vary by region, but depending on where you live, you can get no-interest financing for up to six years, or discounts of up to $3,000 off MSRP on models like the Nissan Altima or a whopping $11,000 off the Nissan Leaf.
Summer is a time to indulge, and Lexus Memorial Day deals let you do just that. Most Lexus finance offers include 0.9 percent financing for three to five years, depending on what part of the country you live in.
Honda Memorial Day deals include financing offers of 0.9 percent for two to five years, as well as some lease deals. Go for the Honda Accord and you can get a lease payment of $199 per month for three years with $1,999 due at signing.
If you just have to have the newest model and are looking for a deal on a car from the 2016 model year, Mazda Memorial Day deals have you covered with 0.9 percent financing on the 2016 CX-5 and Mazda6. To save more money, however, shop the 2015 models. Mazda is offering zero percent financing on most of their 2015 model year lineup.
With their fun-to-drive personality, cars from Volkswagen can be great companions for long summer road trips. Volkswagen Memorial Day deals are quite good, with no-interest financing for five years on many gas-powered models, and no-interest financing for up to six years on some diesel models.
Cadillac has a few Memorial Day deals that allow you to combine financing offers with cash back rebates. The 2015 Cadillac SRX has zero percent financing for three years plus $2,000 cash back, as does the 2015 Cadillac XTS. Most other Cadillac models have no-interest financing, so even though you can’t get a rebate, you can save on interest payments.
Buick Memorial Day car deals have huge rebates, even on popular models. The 2015 Buick LaCrosse, Regal and Verano all have $5,000 allowances available. Other Buick models have lower cash back offers, but those offers can be combined with no-interest financing.
BMW doesn't always have huge specials, so the fact that they’re offering 0.9 percent financing this Memorial Day is pretty exciting. Most 2015 BMW models have 0.9 percent financing available for three years. That’s better than the 2.99 percent interest offered by rival German luxury brand Mercedes-Benz.
You might think of Subarus as winter cars because almost every Subaru model (except for the BR-Z) has standard all-wheel drive. While all-wheel drive is great in the snow, it’s also a great feature to have as you head off for summer fun along gravel, sand or dirt roads. Memorial Day deals on Subarus include 1.49 percent financing.
Memorial Day deals on Kia cars and SUVs include low-interest financing as well as some cash back offers. Models like the Kia Sedona, Soul, Sorrento, Optima and Forte are all available with zero percent financing. Rebates on a new Kia range from $500 to $2,000.
