Falcon Wing Rear Doors
The Model X's rear Falcon Wing doors open fully or partially. Sensors in the doors detect nearby obstructions and limit how far the doors open so they don’t hit anything.
Automatically Closing Front Doors
Once inside, the driver can close both front doors on the Tesla Model X by tapping on the brake pedal.
Auto-Summon
Using a smartphone app or key fob, you can automatically summon the Tesla Model X back out of a garage or parking spot to make it easier to get into the SUV. The vehicle can only drive straight using this function.
Autopilot
The Model X can accelerate, decelerate, and come to a complete stop autonomously, as well as change lanes automatically by simply engaging the turn signal with the available Autopilot system. However, it can't automatically stop the vehicle for red lights.

Convenience

Brake hold
When stopped at a stoplight, the Tesla Model X can hold the brakes automatically so you can take your foot off the brake pedal.
Center Stack Controls
The only physical controls on the center stack are buttons for the hazard lights and glove box release – everything else in the Tesla Model X is controlled through the 17-inch touch screen.
Panoramic Windshield
The Model X's panoramic windshield extends above the front occupants' heads without interruption. Sun visors extend from the side pillar and clip magnetically to a forward position to block sun glare.

The Tesla Model X has seating for up to seven, with heated seats in all three rows.
Towing and Hauling
The Tesla Model X has a 5,000 lb. towing capacity and can carry up to 77 cubic feet of cargo space. It also has a trunk forward of the cabin, where the engine would be in a gas-powered car, that can carry a couple of small suitcases.
